mairon, mel, have y’all ever made weird animals just to annoy elves (or… yknow, just because). like… brush turkeys that make giant pile-nests just to fuck with elves and their ~*gardening*~ or like, setting beavers loose in lorien? kangaroos? pangolins? kiwi? aye-ayes? do y’all and osse have (informal!) competitions for weirdest/most horrifying species?

In fact, I made an entire continent full of bizarre, deadly, poisonous, invasive, destructive, loud and/or annoying animals specifically to distress the Children of Eru… I called “Australia”, and it was some of my best work.
