Middle-Earth meme: movies [2/6]
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)
I’m reading the Hobbit again and when the elves were singing to Bilbo and the dwarves all I could think about was how funny it would be to see some of the elves in the First Age merrily singing that song. Maedhros is not amused.
Chirk Castle, Wales, built in
1295 by Roger Mortimer de Chirk as one of the fortresses along the Welsh border to impose and protect English rule. It was bought in 1593 by
Sir Thomas Myddeltonand the Myddelton family lived there almost continuously until 2004.
I’m sorry I’m too proud of this meme to not post it
Starting my September Middle Earth with silly sketches…but honestly I wanna make the top one a pin or postcard. It honestly came out of no where tonight and idk if someone made luthien version of my favorite meme yet but I did it anyways. So much for keeping this blog a “very serious portfolio”.
Also enjoy sad Thingol cause I was lamenting last night about how messed up he was to hear his best friend got murdered by the dark lord.

Beren & Lúthien sketches🌌
I drafted some comic pages earlier this year for the scene where Lúthien encounters Beren again and falls for him. So I cleaned up the sketches I did for one of the parts. On Twitter: (x)
