Happy Birthday, @lucifers-cuvette. Don’t usually do birthday greetings here, but wanted to share this picture and a poem this cruel winter morning.
I met a traveller from an antique land

Aw, thanks so much, @heartofoshun, for the illustration (dark-haired Annatar – YES!!!) and for kindly reccing my mo(u)ldering fan fic.* Ozymandias has long resonated with the DM and me. This (and a number of other greetings elsewhere) were bright spots in an otherwise stressful day. I’m overloaded with work lately. Hopefully it will let up again in a few weeks. The DM snidely reminds me: “No rest (or fan fic writing) for the wicked and ambitious.”
* I haven’t given up on the notion of returning to writing ficcish stuff.
