Okay a Tolkien original this time. I just love Idril and there’s going to be another Gondolin book sometime in the summer. Also I plan on stitching the Numenorean nightmare sigil someday which has a version of Idril’s sigil in the centre. I have also begun a map of Gondolin and I really want to do one of Beleriand as well.

This tree is supposedly a descendant of the original olive tree that occupied the same space by the Erechtheum in antiquity and was believed to be the original olive tree created by Athena during her contest with Poseidon to determine which god would rule Athens.
