Hmmm… I think I should like to spend time on an island with Fëanor. Either he would finally come to his senses and listen to my ever-so-well-meant advice, or else spend his time uselessly attempting to subdue me. Either would be amusing.
As for the other two, I choose Glaurung for companionship, and Lieutenant Sauron, for he is useful and endlessly devoted.
….Unless the island in question is Aman. In which case I choose Ungoliant, Finwë, and Fëanor. That worked well for me last time.
——
For my part I would choose a winged drake as my first companion, or else one of the flighted balrogs, hence eliminating the necessity of remaining on the island.
I would choose Ossë, for his company cheers me even when we are at odds.
And perhaps Celebrimbor, or Maeglin. Someone whose intellect I admire and whose skills could be put to good use.
….I would NOT choose my Master, for islands are difficult to defend if one has not the command of the terrain, and I would not wish him to suffer for lack of amenities.
