A) you can sign up for his newsletter, Gurney Journey, and every day you will get a cute little artsy blog post in your email.

B) Check out his Youtube channel!!!!!! Lots of good tutorials, videos of plein air paintings, studio tours, and also PARAKEETS because James Gurney is too adorable for this world. 

Hmmmm. I love your concepts, especially your Aulë design – but I am soooooooo jealous of your way with colours!!! I know how bloody difficult it is to shade while still keeping the colours vibrant, and trust me peeps, it’s a hell of a lot harder than you’d think! …If you’re ever really bored, could you make a kind of tutorial or something (you’d have a friend for life here, promise!)? I’m always on the lookout for tips on improving my own not-so-mad skillz. Regardless: Plz to draw moar :D
